Educational information only
Warrior Insure publishes general educational information about insurance and federal benefits. It is not insurance, legal, tax, investment or benefits advice, and no content here is tailored to your circumstances. Warrior Insure is not a licensed insurance producer, broker, agent, adviser or law firm, and no reader relationship of any kind is created by using the site.
Federal programme rules and premiums are set by the agencies that administer them and change regularly. Before acting, confirm the details with OPM, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the IRS, your agency's HR benefits office, your plan's official brochure, or a licensed professional.
No warranty
The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the content is complete, current or error-free, or that the site will be uninterrupted.
Calculators and estimators on this site produce illustrative estimates from the figures you enter. They are not quotes, offers, or determinations of eligibility or benefits, and no insurer or agency is bound by them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warrior Insure and its author are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of money, benefits, coverage, profits or data, arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred US dollars in total.
Third-party links and advertising
The site links to government agencies, insurers and other third parties, and some links may earn a commission as described on the advertiser disclosure page. We do not control those sites, do not endorse everything on them, and are not responsible for their content, products, pricing or practices. Any transaction you enter into with a third party is between you and that party.
Content and trade marks
The text, design and original tables on this site are the property of Warrior Insure and are protected by copyright. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not republish pages in whole or in substantial part, or use the content to train commercial models, without written permission. Product names, carrier names and government programme names belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, to scrape it at a rate that degrades service, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, or to present its content as your own.

It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense, any other federal agency, or any insurer. Views expressed are the author's own and not those of any employer or agency.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated, and the date at the top will change when they are. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
